Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman terhadap konsep Network (Cisco/Mikrotik/Aruba/Sophos products).
Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman mengenai network user management (Misal RADIUS / Dot1x Authentication)
Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam aplikasi dan network security (Firewall).
Memiliki pengalaman dalam melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan troubleshoot masalah internetwork system (Wireless Access Point, Router, Switch, Load Balancing).
Memiliki pengalaman dalam melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan troubleshoot masalah server (Linux Based / Windows Based)
Memiliki sertifikasi bidang jaringan komputer yang masih valid adalah nilai tambah (minimal MTCNA atau CCNA)
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan bekerja dalam tim
Responsibilities
Melakukan instalasi terhadap perangkat Network.
Melakukan setup dan troubleshoot problem hardware / Server, OS, LAN & WAN Network.
Mendukung proyek TI untuk pengujian keamanan / penetrasi dan melacak perbaikan kerentanan.
Melakukan regular cek performasi Operating System dan pencatatan pemakaian kapasitas Server.
Melakukan rutinitas harian untuk monitoring sistem dan performance server.
Membuat dan merevisi dokumentasi semua perubahan infrastruktur TI.
Melakukan evaluasi terhadap teknikal requirement dan memberikan adhoc solution.
Membantu troubleshooting issue di end user.
